Su-Mei visits Noel Stehly, owner and operator of Stehly Farms in Valley Center, to learn how a modern farmer, like Noel, grows and markets his produce in San Diego. She then follows some of the farm’s produce to one of her favorite farmers markets, the Linda Vista Farmer’s Market, to share the stories of the market and community. At the market she also shows how to create a delicious rice salad from farm fresh ingredients.
